Efficient use of lighting

The grow tent kit uses highly reflective Mylar material. Reflected light can be  reflected numerous times, which ensuring the plants receive adequate, even light exposure.

95% Reflectivity:. 
The high reflectivity of mylar is due to its own material features. It is a PET plastic sheet that has been treated with a metallic reflecting coating. This reflection is comparable to a mirror, although it does not provide perfect images. Instead, the material is intended to disperse light more evenly, ensuring that plants receive soft, uniform light while avoiding damage from focused light. We also added an opaque layer in the middle to improve reflectivity and block out external light, which is critical in home-grow tent kits.

Odor & Light Isolation

The grow tent kit successfully isolates your grow area, keeping your house clean and comfortable.

The kit contains filters and light-blocking tent to prevent odors and light to leak, and make your planting process more private.

Efficient filters: The grow tent kit has a filter that effectively filter smell produced during cultivation, particularly volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted by plants and fertilizers.

The filter contains:

Pre-filter:prevents bigger particles from entering and protects the later filtering layers.
Outer Mesh: Provides structural stability while allowing for easy airflow.
Charcoal Bed: Made from high-quality Australian raw activated carbon, this layer is highly absorbent, eliminating odors and hazardous gasses.
Inner Mesh: Adds further protection and support to the charcoal layer, preventing particles leak out from filter.

These layers work together to filter 90% eliminates impurities and odors from the air. 

How long time I will receive goods after I paid?

We have some storage in Europe, such as Germany, Normally shipping about 5-15days, which rely on your special address.

If shipping from our factory, Within 10sets samples, QB normally 2-3days. V3 within 5sets samples, normally 7-10days.

The white color whether can adjust or switchover?

Our standard 4-channel setup typically uses a mix of 3000K and 5000K.

However, if a customer prefers only 3000K or 3500K, we can definitely customize the configuration based on their specific needs.

How about Warranty? 

Within 1 year: 
If any quality issues occur, ICEVER will provide the relevant parts for replacement. Shipping costs will be fully covered by ICEVER.

If replacement parts cannot solve the issue, ICEVER will provide a complete product replacement. In this case, the client will bear 10% of the finished product cost, and ICEVER will cover 90%. Taxes will be borne by the client.

Within 2 years: 

If quality issues arise, ICEVER will provide either relevant parts or a complete product replacement.

For full product replacements, the client will bear 30% of the cost, and ICEVER will cover 70%.

Shipping costs: ICEVER 60%, Client 40%. Taxes will be borne by the client.

Within 3 years: 

ICEVER will provide either relevant parts or a full replacement.

For full product replacements, the cost will be shared equally-50% by the client and 50% by ICEVER.

Shipping costs: ICEVER 10%, Client 90%. Taxes will be borne by the client.
